Data Entry & Research Assistant

We're hiring an entry-level Data Entry & Research Assistant to support our team with clean, accurate data across our platforms and projects.

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Research Assistant to support our operations and platform teams. Your job will involve collecting, organizing, and entering key business and product data — and doing it with care, speed, and consistency.

You don’t need prior experience in tech. But you do need to be accurate, trustworthy, and comfortable learning new tools.


Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in our internal systems
  • Conduct online research (e.g. business listings, specs, product info)
  • Follow internal templates and checklists
  • Flag missing or inconsistent data and help improve accuracy
  • Coordinate with other team members to keep platforms up to date

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
  • Basic familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Comfortable working independently and following process guides
  • Good English reading and typing skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly

Bonus:

  • Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or web forms
  • Experience doing admin, research, or listing-related work

About the Role

You’ll be part of a growing team that supports multiple digital products and ventures. This role is remote-friendly, but you must be available during standard UAE working hours.
