Data Entry & Research Assistant
We're hiring an entry-level Data Entry & Research Assistant to support our team with clean, accurate data across our platforms and projects.
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Research Assistant to support our operations and platform teams. Your job will involve collecting, organizing, and entering key business and product data — and doing it with care, speed, and consistency.
You don’t need prior experience in tech. But you do need to be accurate, trustworthy, and comfortable learning new tools.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in our internal systems
- Conduct online research (e.g. business listings, specs, product info)
- Follow internal templates and checklists
- Flag missing or inconsistent data and help improve accuracy
- Coordinate with other team members to keep platforms up to date
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
- Basic familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Comfortable working independently and following process guides
- Good English reading and typing skills
- Able to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
Bonus:
- Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or web forms
- Experience doing admin, research, or listing-related work
About the Role
You’ll be part of a growing team that supports multiple digital products and ventures. This role is remote-friendly, but you must be available during standard UAE working hours.
