Marketing Lead
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to own and drive the brand, campaigns, and positioning across Weybridge and its portfolio companies.
We’re looking for a sharp, self-directed Marketing Lead to help shape how our companies show up to the world. You’ll be responsible for developing positioning, managing brand voice, and launching campaigns that bring in the right customers and build long-term visibility. This isn’t an agency-style job — you’ll work closely with product and leadership to craft messaging that reflects the value we deliver.
Responsibilities
- Lead brand and marketing strategy across multiple B2B ventures (DriveLEAD, FitLEAD, etc.)
- Plan and execute campaigns across social, web, email, and paid (where needed)
- Write or review messaging, copy, and content across platforms
- Manage freelancers, designers, or small agency partners when necessary
- Track and report on marketing performance and iterate based on insights
Requirements
- 4+ years in a marketing, brand, or content leadership role (ideally B2B)
- Strong writing skills and a deep understanding of positioning
- Hands-on experience managing social channels, landing pages, and outbound strategy
- Ability to balance strategy with execution — from writing a brand one-liner to shipping a full campaign
- Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Notion, Figma, and Google Analytics
