Operations Specialist

We’re hiring an Operations Specialist to bring structure, speed, and clarity to internal processes across our active projects and client engagements.

We’re hiring an Operations Specialist to be the engine room behind our delivery. You’ll help us organize internal workflows, track progress across ventures, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Your job is to bring order to the moving parts — whether it's coordinating deliverables, refining onboarding flows, or ensuring weekly reporting is sharp and on time.


Responsibilities

  • Track internal workflows and delivery milestones across teams
  • Coordinate with design, dev, and client leads to maintain clarity on tasks
  • Own and refine our internal checklists, onboarding flows, and reporting templates
  • Help onboard new clients and projects with operational readiness
  • Monitor team progress and follow up on open actions

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in an operations, project coordination, or business support role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Notion, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Linear, or Asana)
  • Able to think structurally and communicate clearly across disciplines
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment
