Client Engagement Manager
We’re looking for a confident communicator to lead client relationships, onboard new accounts, and ensure long-term success across our ventures.
We’re hiring a Client Engagement Manager to act as the face of our business with new and existing clients. You’ll play a critical role in onboarding customers, maintaining communication, gathering feedback, and ensuring they’re getting the value they signed up for.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients across Weybridge’s portfolio
- Lead onboarding calls and ensure smooth handover from sales or marketing
- Understand each client's goals and guide their use of our products and services
- Track engagement, flag risks, and proactively solve issues
- Maintain long-term relationships and uncover upsell opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years in a client-facing role (e.g. account manager, onboarding, customer success)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Fluent Arabic & English (written + spoken)
- Experience working with business owners or SMEs is a big plus
- Self-starter with good organizational habits and a bias for follow-up
About the Role
You’ll be working directly with founders and operators in the UAE, UK, and Saudi markets. No two clients are alike — which means you’ll need empathy, attention to detail, and sharp instincts for what makes relationships stick.
We’re not looking for someone to handle complaints. We want someone to own relationships and actively drive client success.
