Backend Developer (Node.js)

We’re looking for a backend developer to help build reliable APIs and scalable infrastructure across our DriveLEAD and FitLEAD platforms.

We're looking for a solid backend engineer to join our core team and help us build clean, reliable systems powering everything from onboarding flows to AI automation.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend services using Node.js (NestJS, Express)
  • Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
  • Collaborate with frontend, product, and QA to ship features
  • Optimize performance and scalability across services
  • Write clean, tested code and contribute to architecture decisions

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in backend development (Node.js preferred)
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar data stores
  • Solid understanding of API security and authentication (JWT, OAuth)
  • Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker)

Bonus:

  • Experience with message queues (e.g. BullMQ, RabbitMQ)
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs (Meta, Stripe, etc.)
